Mr. Khan is an accounting professional with over 25 years of diversified experience and expertise in finance, accounts, taxation management and audit. At SPDC, he is responsible for managing the company’s finances in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards and in compliance with regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. He also holds the position of Company Secretary of SPDC.
