Mr. Khalid Rafi is a Chartered Accountant with over thirty-five years of expertise in auditing and taxation. He was elected as President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan during 1992-93. He was President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan during 1992-93. He has counseled widely on mergers and acquisitions, floatation of companies, corporate governance and financial and tax planning.
